Paris @ Enchanted Flowers & Gifts was professional, accommodating, and the dialogue was exceptional. The flowers were "Thank You" to a family friend for wonderful assistance whilst in Cyprus on a recent visit - and whilst the flowers have not been sighted by the writer of this review - the receiver of the flowers was thrilled with the beautiful arrangement. 5 stars - When the driver could not find the address I gave, the florist went out in the evening after finally managing to get hold of me to make sure the delivery was made on the day of my cousin's birthday. The order was placed in the UK on the morning of the birthday and the owner went in especially to make up the order -= I cannot believe how good a service I received and my cousin was completely overwhelmed by the beauty of the bouquet. When you order online you leave it in the hands of the person making up the bouquet to do a good job well this lady excelled beyond all belief in delivering on the day ordered and in her own private time. The quality of the bouquet was superb, lasting the 10 days of our stay. It was a great surprise for my wife, finding them in our room upon arrival.
