Being located in the UK - it can be "hit or miss" when dealing with local businesses - but this encounter was an absolute pleasure. Paris @ Enchanted Flowers & Gifts was professional, accommodating, and the dialogue was exceptional. When the driver could not find the address I gave, the florist went out in the evening after finally managing to get hold of me to make sure the delivery was made on the day of my cousin's birthday. The order was placed in the UK on the morning of the birthday and the owner went in especially to make up the order -= I cannot believe how good a service I received and my cousin was completely overwhelmed by the beauty of the bouquet. When you order online you leave it in the hands of the person making up the bouquet to do a good job well this lady excelled beyond all belief in delivering on the day ordered and in her own private time. I would thoroughly recommend this florist to anyone and I am so thrilled with the service that was received from her.
